As a Qualified Social Worker in our Locality Team, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting assessments to identify the needs and strengths of adults requiring support.
  • Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with service users, families, and other professionals.
  • Providing ongoing support and advocacy to individuals, ensuring their voices are heard and respected.
  • Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate effective service delivery.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documentation in compliance with legal and organizational standards.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Demonstrated experience in adult social work, preferably within a locality team.
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with service users and colleagues alike.
