EDEN BROWN SYENRGY is currently looking for an experienced & committed Advanced Practitioner for Lincolnshire County Council, offering an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a well-established Family Help Team (North Kesteven).

PAY RATE : £40.00 p/h Umb

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, plan interventions, and provide support for children on Child in Need (CIN), Child Protection (CP), and Children in Care (CIC) plans
  • Handle both public and private law proceedings as part of casework
  • Participate in the duty rota system, being on-site one week in four on duty
  • Travel across North Kesteven, covering a large rural area
  • Work collaboratively with multi-agency teams to deliver effective family support
  • Maintain accurate and timely records, reports, and documentation
  • Support and mentor junior colleagues when required
