- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures.
- Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to the development of strategies to safeguard children.
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Demonstrated experience in child protection and family support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with families and professionals.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a demanding caseload effectively.
