We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker (QSW) or Senior Social Worker to join our Child In Need Team in Harrow. As a key member of our Child In Need Team, you will be responsible for:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience working with children and families in a social work setting, particularly within Child In Need frameworks.
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to working with families.
