Social worker - Children In Need - South & West Devon
Qualified Social Workers required for work within the Children in Need Service in Devon - South & West. Pay rate up to £38.00ph. 3 month contract but will be ongoing. Devon is a beautiful rural area with gorgeous beaches. Office is based in Exeter. Flexible hybrid working arrangements. An accommodation/commuter allowance of £150 per week is offered for candidates who fall within the agreed eligibility guidelines. Please note that this allowance will be reviewed at the end of June 2026.
Your role will involve implementing family led, outcome focused Child in Need plans following assessment, working closely with children, young people, and their families to promote safety, stability, and improved wellbeing. Caseloads are designed to enable meaningful direct work.
The role is based at Follaton House, with flexible working arrangements balanced against the needs of children, families, and the team.
