We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our Adult's Social Work - Mental Health Team in Richmond & Wandsworth. This role is pivotal in supporting adults with mental health challenges, ensuring they receive high-quality care and support tailored to their individual needs. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work collaboratively to promote the well-being and recovery of service users.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals' needs and risks related to mental health.
  • Developing and implementing person-centered care plans in collaboration with service users and their families.
  • Providing ongoing support and intervention, ensuring adherence to safeguarding policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with legal and organizational standards.
  • Engaging with external agencies and stakeholders to facilitate access to additional resources and support services.

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Demonstrable experience in adult social work, particularly in mental health settings.
  • Strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
