Join our dedicated team as an Adult's Social Worker within the Social Care City Team in Oxford. - Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and safeguarding policies.
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A relevant social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Proven experience in adult social care, preferably within a community setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a diverse caseload.
- Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices in social care.
