Eden Brown Synergy is currently recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to join Ealing Council's Locality Team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Social Worker to work within a busy and supportive Children's Services environment, supporting children, young people, and families through effective assessment, intervention, and ongoing case management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a varied caseload, completing high-quality assessments, undertaking safeguarding work, and working collaboratively with families and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes for children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of children and families with varying levels of need
- Completing assessments and developing effective care plans
- Undertaking statutory visits, reviews, and safeguarding interventions
- Working collaboratively with schools, health professionals, and other partner agencies
- Ensuring children and families receive appropriate support and interventions
- Maintaining accurate records and completing statutory documentation
Key Requirements:
- Social Work England (SWE) registration
- Previous Local Authority Children's Services experience
- Strong experience within Children's Social Care and locality-based teams
- Good knowledge of safeguarding procedures and statutory frameworks
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
