Eden Brown Synergy is currently recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to join Ealing Council's Locality Team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Social Worker to work within a busy and supportive Children's Services environment, supporting children, young people, and families through effective assessment, intervention, and ongoing case management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a varied caseload, completing high-quality assessments, undertaking safeguarding work, and working collaboratively with families and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes for children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a caseload of children and families with varying levels of need
  • Completing assessments and developing effective care plans
  • Undertaking statutory visits, reviews, and safeguarding interventions
  • Working collaboratively with schools, health professionals, and other partner agencies
  • Ensuring children and families receive appropriate support and interventions
  • Maintaining accurate records and completing statutory documentation

Key Requirements:

  • Social Work England (SWE) registration
  • Previous Local Authority Children's Services experience
  • Strong experience within Children's Social Care and locality-based teams
  • Good knowledge of safeguarding procedures and statutory frameworks
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
