PAYRATE : £35 p/h Umb
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Reviewing Financial payments received by kinship carers/ or carers granted Residence Orders/Special Guardianship Orders
* Preparing looked after children review reports.
* Initiating Personal Education Plans (PEP's)
* Producing Health Care Assessments and Health Plans
* Making referrals for Foster Placements
* Reviewing Financial payments received by kinship carers/ or carers granted Residence Orders/Special Guardianship Orders
* Preparing looked after children review reports.
* Initiating Personal Education Plans (PEP's)
* Producing Health Care Assessments and Health Plans
* Making referrals for Foster Placements
COMMENTS :
For Swinton locality team, with a mix of 3 days in the office and 2 working at home. The team is well established and has a good mix of experienced and NQSWs. There is a mix of work from CIN, CP and LAC work and PLO and Court work.
