The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Experience working with older adults and knowledge of relevant legislation and policies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
