Barnsley - CIC Placement Tracker Officer
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Barnsley - CIC Placement Tracker Officer to join our dynamic Admin Clerical team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and tracking placements for various programs, ensuring that all data is accurately recorded and maintained. Key responsibilities and duties include:
- Managing and updating the Placement Tracker database to ensure all placements are accurately recorded.
- Collaborating with team members and external stakeholders to gather necessary information regarding placements.
- Generating and analyzing reports on placement statistics to inform decision-making processes.
- Providing administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings and maintaining documentation.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of new tracking processes to improve efficiency.
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably within a similar environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data management and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
