MASH Social Worker - Warwickshire Hybrid

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced MASH Social Worker to join our team in Warwickshire in a hybrid position, blending remote work with office-based responsibilities. As a key member of our Qualified Social Work team, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding and supporting vulnerable children and families.

Key responsibilities and duties:

  • Conducting assessments and investigations to determine the needs and risks faced by children and families.
  • Collaborating with multi-agency partners to develop and implement effective intervention plans.
  • Providing support and guidance to children and families to promote positive outcomes and well-being.
  • Participating in MASH meetings and case conferences to share information and make informed decisions.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and reports in accordance with regulatory standards.

Essential qualifications and skills:

  • Qualified Social Worker with relevant professional registration (HCPC).
  • Demonstrated experience in child protection, MASH, or a similar social work setting.
  • Strong assessment, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures in social work practice.
