Children's SW - MASH/Front Door Team - Warwickshire
We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Children's Social Worker to join our MASH/Front Door Team in Warwickshire. In this role, you will play a crucial part in safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people in the region.
Key responsibilities and duties:
- Responding to and assessing incoming referrals, identifying risks and taking appropriate actions
- Undertaking initial assessments and investigations to determine the needs of children and families
- Working collaboratively with partner agencies to coordinate support and interventions
- Completing comprehensive assessments and formulating care plans
- Participating in multi-agency meetings and case conferences
Essential qualifications and skills:
- Qualified Social Worker with a valid HCPC registration
- Proven experience working within a children's social work setting
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and policies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage complex cases
