We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Stoke - QSW - Court team member to join our dynamic team in the field of Qualified Social Work. As part of this role, you will be responsible for a range of key duties and responsibilities to support vulnerable individuals and families in the court system.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

  • Conducting assessments and investigations to determine the needs and risks of service users.
  • Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with service users and other professionals.
  • Attending court hearings and providing expert testimony as needed.
  • Working closely with legal teams, social workers, and other stakeholders to ensure the best outcomes for service users.
  • Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and interventions.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • Qualified Social Worker (QSW) status with relevant certifications.
  • Proven experience working within court teams and a strong understanding of court processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with service users and colleagues.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage complex cases with empathy and professionalism.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess risks and develop appropriate interventions.
