Eden Brown are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Lecturer in Special Educational Needs with SPMLD experience to join a leading Further Education College in Greater Manchester.

This is a full time temporary role to start after half term, 36 hours per week paid.

Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging, student-centred lessons on Special Educational Needs, with a focus on SPMLD.
* Design and develop high-quality learning materials, tailored to the needs of students with varying abilities.
* Support students with SPMLD in a way that enhances their academic, social, and personal development.
* Contribute to the creation of an inclusive learning environment that accommodates diverse learning needs.
* Work collaboratively with fellow staff members and external agencies to ensure holistic student support.

Requirements:
* A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, CertEd) or equivalent.
* Proven experience working with students with SPMLD.
* Strong knowledge of Special Educational Needs frameworks and strategies, with a focus on SPMLD.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
