Job Title: Head of ALS (Additional Learning Support) - Temporary, Full-Time
Location: East Lancashire
Contract: Temporary, Full-Time (May - August)
Rate: £300-£400 a day

Eden Brown are seeking an experienced and motivated Head of ALS to lead our Additional Learning Support team on a temporary basis from May to August. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact, supporting learners with diverse needs and helping them achieve their full potential.

The role is full-time May until July and then reducing to 3 days from 13th July - 14th August.

Key Responsibilities:
*Lead and manage the ALS team, ensuring high-quality support for all learners.
*Oversee assessment and provision planning for learners with additional needs.
*Collaborate with curriculum teams, teaching staff, and external agencies.
*Monitor learner progress and implement strategies to improve outcomes.
*Ensure compliance with relevant policies, safeguarding, and funding requirements.

Requirements:
*Proven experience in ALS or SEN provision in further education.
*Strong leadership and team management skills.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Knowledge of relevant legislation, guidance, and best practice.
*Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

A DBS is also needed for this role.
