Job Advert: Qualified Social Worker - Learning Disabilities Team
Location: Enfield
Team: Learning Disabilities Assessment & Care Management
Pay Rate: Up to £32 per hour (LTD/Umbrella)
Contract Type: Locum
Experience Level: LSW3

We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Qualified Social Worker to join the Learning Disabilities Assessment & Care Management Team.

Key Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience as a Social Worker in a Learning Disabilities team, OR
5 years' experience within an adult social care team.

Demonstrated experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and their carers.

Strong knowledge of the Care Act, Mental Capacity Assessments, and safeguarding adults.

Ability to undertake complex caseloads and participate in a duty rota.

Skilled in conducting reviews of existing packages of care and developing creative, person-centred support plans that promote best value and community inclusion.
