Southampton - Team Manager - Front Door Team
Eden Brown synergy are currently recruiting for Southampton City Council who are looking for Team Manager to join the Front Door Team
We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Team Manager to join the Front Door Team within Southampton City Council Adult Social Care.
This role has been created to provide additional leadership capacity to support a significant service improvement programme, focusing on team culture, pathways, processes, learning and development.
Role Overview
The Front Door Team manages new referrals into Adult Social Care, including:
Care Act assessments
Safeguarding enquiries
Preventative interventions
Short-term involvement (up to 3 months) to resolve issues quickly and effectively
You will work closely with senior leadership, practice development, HR, project management and business support teams to improve performance and strengthen team morale.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a manager with proven experience delivering service improvements and positive change.
