Team Manager - DAAT | Northamptonshire Children's Trust | £42ph | Hybrid
Northamptonshire Children's Trust is currently seeking an experienced Team Manager - DAAT to join their service on a locum basis, providing vital cover within a fast-paced and supportive environment.
Role Details:
- Position: Team Manager - DAAT
- Rate: £42 per hour (Umbrella)
- Location: One Angel Square
- Working Pattern: Hybrid
- Contract: Sickness Cover
About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity to lead within an Assessment/Front Door (DAAT) service, overseeing safeguarding decisions and supporting a team managing complex cases. You will play a key role in ensuring timely assessments and high-quality interventions to safeguard children and support families.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Team Manager within Assessment / Front Door services
- Strong background in safeguarding and managing assessment teams
- Ability to lead, support and develop staff in a high-pressure environment
- Confident decision-making and strong risk assessment skills

Essential Requirements:
- Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
- At least 3 years' experience as a social worker within children's services
- Social Work England Registration
- Driving license and access to own vehicle
