Monitoring our housing repairs inbox to deal with a variety of repairs related issues & redirecting any enquiries/reports to the correct teams in the housing service
Raising purchase orders - NEC & Business World
Processing invoices for the above systems
Calling back tenants to discuss any issues or arrange inspections
Maintaining contact via email and telephone with maintenance contractor CARDO & dealing with any queries they raise - eg access, contact details etc
Providing information such as asbestos surveys & other urgently required information requested by CARDO through the Repairs inbox Disrepair information - collation & submission to legal
Raising inspections for surveyors & liaising with residents
Submission of out of hours reports to contractors
Dealing with tenant & leasehold direct enquiries coming through our call centre or inbox
We may add some other responsibilities & training will be given where required
Post will be working for my team leader who manages this role & one other MSO
Mainly WFH with an occasional requirement to come into WBC for service or team meeting
Must be flexible so we have someone covering the service throughout the day
We need someone who has housing experience, can deal well with difficult situations on the phone & is able to liaise with both residents & contractors
