Social Worker - Children with Disabilities (CWD) - West Kent
Rate: Up to £38.00 per hour

Eden Brown Synergy is currently seeking an experienced Social Worker to join the Children with Disabilities (CWD) team in West Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a supportive team, delivering high-quality social work and safeguarding services to children and families.

Role Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Worker, ideally within Children with Disabilities
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and relevant legislation
  • Ability to manage a caseload, complete assessments, and develop care plans
  • Social Work qualification (Degree or equivalent) and Social Work England registration
  • Driving license and access to your own vehicle
