Kent CAFCASS - Agency Family Court Adviser (FCA) - £37ph
Eden Brown Synergy are currently recruiting for experienced Agency Family Court Advisers (FCA) to join CAFCASS in Kent.
We are recruiting for:
- 1 x Private Law FCA
- 1 x Public Law FCA
The successful candidates will provide advanced social work services to children, families, and courts by assessing and analysing court applications involving child protection and serious welfare concerns. You will work closely with children and families, ensuring the child's voice remains central throughout the court process.
Key duties will include:
- Preparing high-quality assessments and reports, including Section 7 reports
- Undertaking direct work with children and families
- Advising courts and local authorities regarding safeguarding concerns
- Providing high-quality analysis and recommendations to support judicial case management
- Delivering oral evidence in court to a high standard
- Working collaboratively with professionals and partner agencies
- Managing a high volume of cases within court timescales
- Advocating in the best interests of the child at all times
