- A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Experience in working with children and families, particularly in the context of disability.
- Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to service delivery.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage a caseload efficiently.
