Role Overview:

We are seeking a Band 6 Specialist Physiotherapist to join our Musculoskeletal Team in Carlisle. The successful candidate will provide high-quality physiotherapy care, supporting a diverse caseload of patients with musculoskeletal conditions. This is an excellent opportunity for a physiotherapist experienced in musculoskeletal rehabilitation to work in a supportive multidisciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, and deliver physiotherapy interventions for patients with musculoskeletal conditions.
Deliver patient-centred care, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and rehabilitation planning.
Work autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with professional standards.
Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives within the Musculoskeletal Team.
Provide advice and education to patients, carers, and staff regarding musculoskeletal health and injury prevention.
Essential Requirements:
Qualified Physiotherapist with HCPC registration.
Minimum of 3-4 years post-qualification experience, ideally within musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
Experience in both NHS and private practice settings is desirable.
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
