Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing supervision and support to junior staff and students, fostering a culture of learning and development.

To be considered for this role, you must possess a recognized social work qualification (CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent) and be registered with Social Work England. You should have substantial experience in child protection and safeguarding, along with a strong understanding of relevant legislation and best practices. In addition, excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position.
