Job Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Compliance Officer will ensure that all recruitment processes adhere to internal policies, legal regulations, and industry best practices. This role is critical in maintaining ethical hiring standards, mitigating risk, and ensuring a smooth, compliant, and transparent talent acquisition process.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all TA processes comply with local labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
Review recruitment documentation including offer letters, contracts, and candidate records for accuracy and compliance.
Conduct audits of sourcing and hiring practices to identify and rectify potential compliance gaps.
Partner with recruitment teams to develop and implement compliance guidelines for candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
Maintain candidate data privacy and protection in line with GDPR/other relevant regulations.
Stay up-to-date with changes in labor laws, hiring regulations, and industry standards affecting talent acquisition.
Provide training and guidance to recruiters and hiring managers on compliance-related topics.
Prepare reports and dashboards to track compliance metrics and hiring risks.
Act as the point of contact for internal and external compliance audits related to recruitment.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR compliance, or recruitment operations.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, recruitment regulations, and data protection standards.
Experience conducting compliance audits
