We are seeking an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join a dynamic Council Housing service, supporting residents to live safely and independently through timely, high-quality occupational therapy interventions.

About the Role:
You will manage and deliver complex housing-related OT assessments and recommendations, while providing professional supervision and support to junior OTs and staff. The role involves close partnership working with housing, health, and social care colleagues, as well as contributing to ongoing service improvement.

The postholder will maintain professional accountability by accessing regular clinical supervision from an appropriately qualified supervisor and ensuring practice meets HCPC and Council standards.

Key Requirements:

  • Recognised Occupational Therapy qualification
  • HCPC registration
  • Relevant post-qualification experience, including staff supervision
