Central Bedfordshire Council is seeking a passionate and dedicated Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join our Child Protection/Locality Team. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting assessments to identify the needs of children and families.

- Managing a caseload of children and families, ensuring timely interventions and support.
- Working closely with multi-agency teams to coordinate services and resources.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in accordance with local policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Experience in child protection and safeguarding.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively.
