📝 Key Responsibilities
- Manage a complex caseload within Children's Services.
- Provide practice leadership, guidance, and support to colleagues.
- Undertake assessments, care planning, and safeguarding interventions.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and partner agencies.
- Ensure high-quality, child-focused practice that delivers positive outcomes.
- Contribute to service development and promote best practice across the team.
✅ Essential Requirements
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work.
- Minimum 3 years' post-qualified experience within Children's Services.
- Registered with Social Work England.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding procedures, legislation, and best practice within Children's Services.
- Ability to manage complex cases and make sound professional decisions.
