✅ Essential Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work.
  • Minimum 3 years post-qualified experience in Children's Services.
  • Registered with Social Work England.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding procedures, legislation, and best practice.
  • Ability to manage complex cases and make sound professional decisions.
