Eden Brown Synergy is seeking an experienced and committed Senior Social Worker to join the Duty and assessment Team at Bradford Council. 📝 Key Responsibilities
- Manage a complex caseload within Children's Services.
- Undertake assessments, care planning, and safeguarding interventions.
- Provide expert social work practice and guidance where needed.
- Work collaboratively with families, colleagues, and partner agencies.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and best practice standards.
- Contribute to service improvement and team development.
✅ Essential Requirements
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work.
- Minimum 3 years post-qualified experience in Children's Services.
- Registered with Social Work England.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding procedures, legislation, and best practice.
- Ability to manage complex cases and make sound professional decisions.
