The London Borough of Ealing is seeking a dedicated and passionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Adult's Social Work - Mental Health Team. To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A relevant social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Experience in adult social work, particularly within mental health settings.
- Strong assessment, analytical, and report-writing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
