We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Children's TM - Assessment Team in Bedford. As a member of our Assessment Team, you will be responsible for a variety of key duties, including:

  • Providing support and guidance to families, ensuring they have access to necessary resources.
  • Documenting case notes and reports accurately, adhering to relevant policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will hold a recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent) and be registered with Social Work England. Essential skills include:

  • Proven experience in child protection and assessment within a social work setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and safeguarding policies.
