The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with families and professionals.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage a complex caseload.
