To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A relevant social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience working with children with disabilities and their families.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices in child protection and disability services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
