Social Worker - Sensory, Physical & Neurological Team

We are recruiting for an experienced Adult Social Worker to join the Sensory, Physical & Neurological Team at Warrington Borough Council.

This role involves supporting adults with sensory impairments, physical disabilities, neurological conditions, autism, and complex needs to achieve positive outcomes and promote independence.

Requirements:

Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England
Experience working within Adult Social Care
Experience supporting adults with autism and complex needs
Strong assessment and care planning skills
Excellent communication and partnership working skills

Location: 1 Time Square, Warrington, WA1 2NT
Pay Rate: £30 per hour
