We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Adult's Social Worker to join our Mental Health Team in Salford. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to adults with mental health issues, ensuring their well-being and promoting their independence.

Key responsibilities and duties:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of service users' needs and developing personalized care plans
  • Working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to coordinate and deliver appropriate support services
  • Advocating for service users and ensuring their voices are heard in decision-making processes
  • Monitoring and reviewing the effectiveness of interventions and making adjustments as necessary
  • Providing crisis intervention and safeguarding vulnerable adults

Essential qualifications and skills:

  • Qualified Social Worker with a valid HCPC registration
  • Demonstrated experience working with adults with mental health issues in a social work setting
  • Strong assessment and care planning skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage complex caseloads
