We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our Safeguarding Adult Team in Bolton. This is a hybrid position offering a competitive rate of £30 per hour.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conducting assessments and implementing care plans for vulnerable adults to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, service users, and their families to provide holistic support.
- Undertaking safeguarding investigations and making appropriate decisions in line with statutory guidelines.
- Maintaining accurate case records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Participating in team meetings, case conferences, and training sessions to enhance professional development.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
- Qualified Social Worker with a valid registration with Social Work England.
- Demonstrated experience in safeguarding vulnerable adults and conducting assessments in a social care setting.
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to adult safeguarding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
