Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Senior Social Worker to join the 16+ Young People Service (CIC & LAC) for Croydon Council.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Manage a caseload of Children in Care (CIC) and Looked After Children (LAC) aged 16+.
* Undertake statutory visits, assessments, care planning, and pathway planning to support young people preparing for adulthood.
* Build effective relationships with young people, carers, families, and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes.
* Support young people with education, employment, training, accommodation, health, and independence planning.
* Prepare high-quality assessments, reports, care plans, and court documentation where required.
* Participate in statutory reviews and ensure all case records are maintained accurately and within timescales.
* Ensure all work is completed in accordance with relevant legislation, policies, and best practice guidance.

Working Pattern:
* Hybrid working.

Pay Rate:
* £39.04 p/h Umbrella.

Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent.
* Social Work England Registration.
* Minimum 3 years experience within Childrens Social Care.
* Experience working with Children in Care (CIC), Looked After Children (LAC), Leaving Care, or 16+ Young People.
* Thorough knowledge of relevant childrens legislation, safeguarding procedures, care planning, and statutory guidance.
