Job Title: Locum Occupational Therapist - Adult Community Team
Location: Croydon, London
Pay: £36 per hour (UMB)
Working Pattern: Full-Time, 36 hours per week

Overview:
Eden Brown Synergy is currently seeking an experienced Locum Occupational Therapist to join the Adult Community Occupational Therapy (ACOT) Service at the London Borough of Croydon. This is a full-time, locum position where you'll play an essential role in coordinating and prioritizing Occupational Therapy referrals within a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily duty functions with Duty Managers and Seniors, ensuring the efficient triaging, prioritizing, and allocation of Occupational Therapy referrals.
  • Provide updates, feedback, and reports while supporting risk management, waiting list management, and quality assurance.
  • Support the training and development of staff in the Duty Team.
  • Extensive experience with specialist equipment provision, major adaptations, and manual handling is crucial.
  • Strong understanding of community services and referral pathways.

Essential Requirements:

  • Current HCPC registration.
  • Knowledge of moving and handling and relevant legislation in Social Care and Health.
  • Experience in specialist equipment provision and major adaptations.
