Eden Brown Synergy is currently recruiting for an experienced and dedicated Qualified Social Worker to join the Children with Disabilities (CWD) Team at Cheshire East Council.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of children with disabilities, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and development
- Undertake assessments, care planning, and reviews in line with statutory requirements
- Work closely with multi-agency partners including health, education, and other professionals
- Provide support to families and carers, promoting positive outcomes for children
- Participate in safeguarding procedures and child protection processes where required
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records
Requirements
- Qualified Social Worker with a recognised Social Work degree or equivalent
- Registered with Social Work England
- Previous experience within Children with Disabilities or similar teams
- Strong assessment, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
