EDEN BROWN SYNERGY is excited to present a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and passionate Social Worker to join the Quality Assurance Team at Nottingham City Council.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Auditing children's social care case files to ensure statutory compliance, quality of practice, and safeguarding standards are met.
- Reviewing assessments, care plans, child protection plans, court reports, and case recordings for quality and effectiveness
- Monitoring performance against statutory timescales, policies, and procedures
- Identifying areas of good practice and areas requiring improvement across teams
- Supporting service improvement initiatives and contributing to quality assurance frameworks
- Analysing performance data, trends, and audit findings to improve outcomes for children and families.
- Providing feedback, recommendations, and reflective learning to social workers and managers
- Participating in multi-agency audits and safeguarding reviews
- Assisting with Ofsted preparation and inspection readiness
- Ensuring children's voices, lived experiences, and outcomes are clearly evidenced in casework.
