Wrexham - TM - Family Support Team
Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Team Manager to join the Family Support Team (FST) at Wrexham Council.
Pay Rate: £47.84 per hour (Umbrella)
Location: 31 Chester Street, Wrexham, LL13 8BG, United Kingdom
As a Team Manager in the Family Support Team, you will lead and manage a team of social workers, social care assessors, and assistant managers, overseeing Care and Support Plans to ensure the best outcomes for children and families. You will provide supervision, support, and performance management, ensuring high-quality practice across the team and promoting a child-centered approach in all interventions.
Key Skills Required:
- Experience managing Family Support/Children's Social Care teams
- Strong leadership, supervision, and performance management skills
- Ability to ensure high-quality practice and positive outcomes for children and families
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience in Family Support/Children's Social Care management
- Strong understanding of safeguarding, child protection, and statutory frameworks
- Ability to manage and support teams while driving continuous improvement
