Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join the SEND Team at Wolverhampton Council.

Pay Rate: £33.30 per hour (Umbrella)
Location: WV9 5NJ, Wolverhampton, United Kingdom

As a Social Worker in the SEND Team, you will work with children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities, ensuring they receive the appropriate support and services. You will carry out assessments, develop care plans, and work closely with families and partner agencies to promote positive outcomes and wellbeing.

Key Skills Required:
* Experience working within SEND/Children with Disabilities services
* Ability to assess needs and develop effective care and support plans
* Strong understanding of safeguarding and statutory frameworks
* Ability to work collaboratively with families, schools, and multi-agency partners
* Strong communication and report-writing skills

Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification - Degree, DipSW, or equivalent
* Registered with Social Work England
* Experience within children's services
* 5 years reference, gaps in employment history checked, and relevant qualifications as per JDPS
