Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting complex assessments and safeguarding investigations.
- Providing expert supervision and support to social work staff.
- Developing and implementing safeguarding plans in line with best practices.
- Leading on case reviews and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
- Engaging with service users and families to empower them in decision-making.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Significant experience in adult safeguarding and social work practice.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
