We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join our Family Safeguarding team in Lancashire.   • Providing ongoing support and intervention to families to promote positive outcomes.
  • Working closely with partner agencies to ensure a coordinated approach to safeguarding.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documentation in line with statutory requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent).
  • Current Social Work England registration.
  • Proven experience in child protection and family safeguarding.
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound judgments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with families and professionals.
