Shropshire - Senior Adult Safeguarding Practitioner

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A relevant social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Significant experience in adult safeguarding and social work practice.
- Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to person-centered approaches.
