We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Non Case Holding - Lead Child Protection (CP) Practitioner to join our dynamic Child Protection Team in Cheshire West. You will play a crucial role in leading the team, providing guidance, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality social work services to vulnerable children and their families.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and supervising a team of social workers, providing support and direction to enhance practice and outcomes.
