The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognised Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience in adult safeguarding and knowledge of relevant legislation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Excellent assessment and analytical skills, with a commitment to continuous professional development.
