- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with local and national policies.
- Providing guidance and support to families, empowering them to make positive changes.
To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Current Social Work England registration.
- Experience in child protection and working with vulnerable children and families.
- Strong assessment and analytical skills with the ability to make critical decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach.
