We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Adult's Social Work Community Team in Slough. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals’ needs and risks.

- Working alongside multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and enhance service delivery.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
- Advocating for clients’ rights and ensuring their voices are heard in decision-making processes.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
- Current Social Work England registration.
- Proven experience in adult social work, particularly in a community setting.
- Strong assessment and intervention skills, with a person-centered approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Sound knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices in social work.
